For many years we used to spend a lot of money on things that didn't last us or gave us any real value, we did this because these things gave us short term pleasure and because we could afford these items.

But today the financial crisis stands taller than ever and it has greatly affected a lot of people's lives all around the world. This has lead to a lot of people trying to save money in their everyday life and compare the prices of various items before they make their final purchase.

In this article I am going to get into some different tips and techniques to how you can save money without sacrificing too much in your life.

First of all you have to really realize that one dollar saved is the same as one dollar earned. This fundamental belief is essential when it comes to saving money and getting the same quality of items as cheap as possible. What is really a big money spender in our lives are the small things we buy on the go in our everyday life.

The key to being able to save a lot of money is planning. You have to plan your day ahead of time and especially plan what you are going to eat and when you are getting home. When you have all this information you can make sure that you have enough food and beverages with you to last you throughout the day. In this way you make sure that you don't spend money on things like food and beverages because you have to buy your lunch outside, even a 7 $ saving each day will amount to 210$ in a month.

The next thing you want to pay attention to is only carrying large bills with you. When you carry large bills you don't want to spend them as it seems like a bigger investment to you. When you do however break a large bill make sure you take all of the change and put it in your savings jar at home, if you don't have one make sure you buy one.

These simple steps will literally change your savings situation and you will quickly see that you can easily save at least 300-500$ a month just with a little planning.
